Have you contemplated joining a boot camp or group fitness camp, but then talked yourself out of it again?

Hey, you're not alone!

There are some pretty legitimate reasons not to enlist in a regular boot camp,
but there are even more (and definitely more important) reasons why you should.

At Boot Camp For Women, we sat down and examined the main reasons people
avoid group fitness training - then we set about figuring out some solutions.
Here's what we came up with:

1. Male egos and ultra-competitiveness spoil things for everyone.
SOLUTION (this was an easy one!)...WOMEN ONLY

2. Training outside is great when the weather is fine, but what about when it's cold or raining?
SOLUTION...every Boot Camp session begins and ends at our lovely spacious indoor training facility.
If the weather turns nasty, the option is always available to train indoors.

3.I'd like to go straight to work after training, but boot camps don't have toilets, showers or changerooms.
SOLUTION...we provide all this and more!

4. Boot Camps can be pretty expensive
SOLUTION...our 5 week Boot Camp commencing on May 20, 2008 is only $149
(Tues & Thurs 6.30am) AND the price includes a funky Boot Camp T-shirt!

5. I am not really sure what boot camp involves...
I am not very fit at the moment - will it be too difficult for me?

SOLUTION...Boot Camp is designed for women of all ages and fitness levels,
and you will DEFINITELY not be made to do anything you don't want to do.
The activities involved will include running, skipping, boxing,
stretching, light weights, isometric strength exercises, agility work and Pilates.
All equipment is provided - just bring yourself, a sweat towel, a water bottle and a little bit of attitude!
